The Georgetown is one of the Premium Line of Decorative Wood Electric Fireplaces - it requires no outside venting. Just plug into your electric outlet and enjoy! All Premium fireplace mantels feature distinctive design and quality RTA construction. The highest quality raw materials and most advanced wood finishing techniques are used. These wood mantels feature solid wood and wood veneers, are shipped flat packaged in one box and assemble easily with a Phillips head screwdriver using durable metal to metal connections. The mantels are only the beginning of the story. Each insert features a realistic flame effect, glowing logs and an ember bed with a 4600 BTU - 1,350 watt electric heater. An on/off remote is included with the 33" insert. The chamfered front face design sets these inserts apart with a truly distinctive look. The romantic flame effect can be enjoyed with or without the heater. Inserts and Mantles also sold seperately. Other finishes also sold seperately. Insert uses any 40 watt bulb. Screen not included. CF warrants to the original purchaser of a new Plug & Play Electric Fireplace is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of original retail purchase from a qualified/authorized dealer, subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations.
CF warrants fireplace components, other than fireplace surrounds (mantels) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of the original retail purchase, as follows: repair or replacement of defective products or parts (including in-home services) for the first one, (1 year following the date of original retail purchase), and thereafter, replacement of defective products or parts with no in-home services for the remainder of the 10 year warranty term.
CF warrants fireplace surrounds (mantels) covered by this limited warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase of such products, as follows: replacement of defective products or parts, with no in-home services.
CF warrants to the original purchaser of a new Electric Stove is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase from a qualified/authorized dealer, subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations.
CF warrants the stove covered by this limited warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase, as follows: replacement of defective products or parts (with no in-home services).
CF warrants to the original purchaser of a new professionally installed and/or built in Electric Fireplace Insert is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original retail purchase from a qualified/authorized Twin-Star dealer, subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations.
CF warrants the Fireplace Insert to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original retail purchase, as follows: replacement of defective products or parts (with no in-home services).
