About The Product:
We offer everything in the way of log furniture for the home and garden:
Northern White Cedar tables and chairs; beds, armoires, and dressers; swings and gliders; TV stands and quilt benches; Western Red Cedar arbors and obelisks to name some of our products. Both their creamy Northern White and their warm Western Red cedar develop a beautiful silver grey patina with exposure to the elements. For customers who prefer cosmetic help, RC’s furniture’s smooth-planed natural surface absorbs paint and stain nicely. Treated or untreated, RC’s furniture won’t shrink or warp. All cedar log furniture does undergo a normal process, called checking. Checking—or slight cracking through the outer growth rings—happens as wood naturally expands and contracts to release moisture. What’s important to know is this: Checking doesn’t affect the integrity of the wood. RC stands behind their products with a one-year and a five-year guarantee.
Warranty Information:
All of RC’s furniture comes with a 5 year limited warranty. If any piece of furniture is proven to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material RC will replace, at their discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to the customer. A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work. All our other products come with a limited one year warranty. If any product is proven to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge. The above warranties do not cover defects caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or part by anyone other than the manufacturer. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product, or use or assembly thereof in a manner contrary to the accompanying instructions.
